By now, it’s no secret that professionalism, authenticity, and leadership are traits each member of the INTEC Group team exemplifies. We encourage our staff to positively impact the lives of those around them by consistently upholding these traits through the actions they demonstrate in their day-to-day lives.
Meredith Goldberg, a Project Designer in our DC office, sets an unprecedented example of each of these characteristics. And it’s because of this, we’re proud to announce her as our next P.A.L. Ambassador! If you don’t believe us when we say she’s a shoo-in for this title, we have proof; here are some of the many phenomenal things her co-workers had to share with their nominations:
“I would like to nominate Meredith as the P.A.L. Ambassador. She brings a positive, can-do attitude to everything she does. She is professional in tough situations and truly cares about design, her co-workers, and her clients. She exemplifies leadership by her extra career efforts and goes the extra mile for these efforts outside of her work schedule. She is a positive role model and gives 110% to her work and professional relationships.” – Susan Pelczynski, Principal
“I’d like to nominate Meredith. She works hard to produce a quality product to clients. She handles very difficult situations with grace and goes above and beyond to help her co-workers and serve our clients. She has an infectious personality that brightens the office and can always make you smile with her sense of humor. Meredith shows leadership by encouraging each of us to push ourselves. She works hard to ensure that everyone succeeds by staying actively involved in INTEC extracurricular groups (iPlay, Strategic Planning) I don’t know how I would accomplish so much without her!”
– Jill Switzer, Project Manager
Need we say more?
We could, but we’ll sum up all of our gratitude by saying, “Thank You!” and “Congratulations!” If you happen to see Meredith, remember to give her a high-five or a pat on the back for a job well done. It’s greatly deserved and we’re proud to call her our teammate!
