You’d probably never guess Caitlin DaValle is still a relatively new member to the INTEC Group team, having been with the firm now for just short of 18 months; but it’s evident she’s making a huge impact on the lives of her co-workers, clients, and family as well as in her community! And it’s because of this, we’re proud to announce Caitlin as INTEC Group’s latest P.A.L Ambassador recipient.
It’s possible you’re questioning what actions Caitlin took to become this quarter’s honoree; and while we’d love to share everyone’s impressions, here is what one team member shared with our CEO, Keith Switzer:
“I wanted to nominate Caitlin as the next P.A.L. Ambassador. Her passion for what she does is contagious. Every time I’m around her she exudes this passion by describing positive real life examples from daily interactions with clients and team members.
Not only is she creative in how she designs, but she’s also creative in HOW she lives our brand. Boldly inviting principals of respected firms to coffee to pick their brain, leading concept sessions with large multi-family groups, and making time to research and explore creative trends all illustrate her commitment to consistently going the extra mile. Even while dealing with particular stresses in her personal life, she always has a positive attitude and voices gratitude about the support her INTEC family gives. These behaviors perfectly summarize exactly what INTEC Group looks for when selecting a P.A.L. Ambassador! While we encourage all our staff to exhibit P.A.L. characteristics, Caitlin has clearly captured the attention of her co-workers by consistently exceeding expectations. We could go on about her excellence in and out of the workplace but we will leave it at, “Thank you!” and a well-deserved title (plus the internal perks)!
