Morgan is a Project Designer at INTEC Group with a BFA in Interior Architecture and Design from Marymount University. She approaches conflict with curiosity over judgment and has a knack for diffusing tension with empathy and perspective—skills she sharpened as the go-to teammate during her college softball days. Her love for concept work began in college, and she now thrives in the early design phases of a project, sketching and refining ideas until they align with the project’s vision. Morgan’s true passion lies in hospitality design, where she takes satisfaction in integrating brand identity into every detail.
