Meredith McDermott

Another proud Virginia Tech alum who joined INTEC Group upon graduation, Meredith has been making her mark in the design field (and at the firm) for over a decade. As a Director with WELL accreditation, she brings a wealth of knowledge and an aptitude for connecting with people into everything she does. She thrives in the early stages of a project where creativity knows no bounds and the potential for innovation is limitless. The most rewarding part of her job is nurturing her team’s growth and celebrating their “aha” moments. For inspiration, a simple walk or brainstorming session with coworkers or friends usually creates a spark. If she weren’t a designer, Meredith believes she would be a sociologist, studying the depths of human behavior and cultural influences that shape our actions and interactions.
