Virginia Academy

Virginia Academy needed to expand its facilities to accommodate its growing K-12 student body while also creating a space that could serve the broader community. The challenge was to design a functional yet inviting environment that supported both academic excellence and community engagement.

INTEC Group collaborated with Community Church to develop a 70,000 SF addition featuring a collegiate-level gymnasium, modern classrooms, science labs, an art studio, and dedicated spaces for studying and social interaction. The project also included a master plan for future outdoor athletic facilities, ensuring the campus could continue evolving to meet the needs of students and the community. Breaking ground in 2022 and completed in 2024, this expansion enhances both education and local engagement.
