INTEC Group implemented the concept of “convergence” by designing ICA Language Services’ new space as a blend of private and communal environments that reflect the cultural diversity of their mission. Quiet classrooms in muted tones transition into vibrant gathering spaces, with a central lobby serving as a hub for activity and interaction. A two-story atrium and staircase visually connect both floors, while glass and sliding doors allow natural light to flow throughout. This strategic convergence of space, function, and culture met ICA’s needs for flexibility, acoustic privacy, and comfort—delivered on time and within budget without compromising on quality or design intent.
