Your Role
INTEC is a mid-sized firm that provides its staff with the project opportunities and growth potential of a larger company along with the ability to be more intimately involved in projects, as is often anticipated in smaller firms. As a Project Manager at INTEC Group, you are the go-to resource for your team. You are responsible for preparing and reviewing schedules, managing internal and external resources, developing and managing budgets and ensuring deliverables are high quality and in compliance of the contract. You follow codes and standards by the book but have a solution-oriented approach to problem solving when working with staff and clients. And you will get your hands dirty – not just helping with the quality control of deliverables but also brainstorming, sketching, philosophizing, designing and interacting with your team on a variety of levels and in different ways to fully immerse yourself within our holistic approach to design.
